症例呈示
食思不振と心窩部痛にて初診外来を受診した30歳男性．
●1年前より食思不振を自覚した．思い当たる契機はなかった．
●直近1年間で体重が10kg減少した．
●1カ月前から2/10程度の心窩部痛を時々自覚するようになった．
●既往：1年以上前に半年ほど，うつ病にて精神科通院歴あり．頭痛にて市販のロキソプロフェンを服用中である．
