市民権を得た“ポリファーマシー”
　“ポリファーマシー”という言葉が広まってから，ずいぶんと経った．いまや，さまざまな媒体でポリファーマシーが取り上げられ，先人たちの努力により，ポリファーマシーはすっかり市民権を得たと言えるだろう．そしてそれは，逆に言えば「普通のポリファーマシー記事を書いたって，絶対みんな読み飽きているに違いない」ということになる．
　そこで今回は「いつもとは一味違った新感覚ポリファーマシー記事にしてみよや!」という“世界のキタカズ”，いや“世界のポリカズ”こと北和也先生にそそのかされた私（徳田）が，症例を元に2人であれやこれや喋った内容を書き下ろした「漫談形式」にしてみた．漫談なので，ノーエビデンスな内容もこっそり紛れ込んでいるが，どうかご容赦願いたい．
