DPP-4阻害薬の使い方

Point
◎DPP-4阻害薬は2型糖尿病患者のうち，高齢者や腎機能低下者の治療で使用しやすい．
◎単独使用では低血糖リスクが少なく，体重増加をきたしにくい．
◎心血管イベントに対する安全性は担保されているが，優越性は証明されていない．
◎スルホニル尿素（SU）薬と併用する場合はSU薬の減量や中止などを配慮する．
