◎糖尿病神経障害は糖尿病患者の代表的な慢性合併症の1つである．
◎血糖コントロールをすることで糖尿病神経障害の発症・進展が抑制される．
◎糖尿病以外に，脂質異常症，高血圧，喫煙も糖尿病神経障害のリスクファクターになる．
◎糖尿病神経障害を予防するためには，全般的な生活習慣の改善が求められる．
