糖尿病×高血圧—血圧は低いほうがよい？

Point
◎糖尿病と高血圧の合併症例においては，降圧目標は130/80mmHg未満である．
◎適切な降圧により，腎症や網膜症の発症進展が抑制され，脳血管障害や心疾患のリスクが低下する．
◎使用する降圧薬の第一選択はアンジオテンシン変換酵素（ACE）阻害薬またはアンジオテンシンⅡ受容体拮抗薬（ARB）である．
