Point
◎肥満合併2型糖尿病患者では，体重増加をきたしにくい薬剤を選択する必要がある．
◎適応があればSGLT2阻害薬，GLP-1受容体作動薬の導入や高用量のメトホルミンの使用を積極的に行う．
◎糖尿病合併症だけでなく，肥満に伴う合併症の検索も進める．
