糖尿病×がん—糖尿病だとがんになりやすい？

Point
◎現在，日本人の糖尿病患者における死因第1位はがんである．
◎糖尿病患者では，健常者に比べてがん罹患リスク（相対危険度）が約1.2倍であることが報告されている．
◎糖尿病による相対危険度が高いがん種は，膵臓がん，肝臓がん，大腸がんである．
◎がんに罹患すると，糖尿病リスクが上昇することが報告されている．
