Point
◎咽頭炎では，Centor criteriaで検査前確率を見積もり，迅速検査陽性例のみ治療する．
◎急性中耳炎と急性鼻副鼻腔炎は自然治癒が望める疾患であり，軽症例では抗菌薬は処方しない．
◎咽頭炎，中耳炎，鼻副鼻腔炎いずれにおいても，第一選択薬はアモキシシリンである．
