Point
◎キノロン系抗菌薬の使用，ESBL産生菌の増加などにより，これまでよく使用されてきたレボフロキサシンの大腸菌の感受性は低下してきている．
◎キノロン系抗菌薬の副反応・適正使用がクローズアップされており，米国食品医薬品局（FDA）や米国泌尿器学会が勧告を出している．
◎膀胱炎は無治療でも約半数は改善する．1日1,500mLの水分摂取増加は膀胱炎の再発頻度を減少させる．
