Point
◎女性の下腹部痛では，妊娠検査で異所性妊娠を除外する．
◎骨盤内炎症性疾患（PID）は帯下の性状を，虫垂炎は痛みの移動について問診する．
◎月経時期を聞くことで，腹痛の鑑別診断ができる．
◎性感染症はオーバートリアージで不妊症を予防する．
