Point
◎「症状が悪くなったら来てください」よりは「血便が出たら」「右下腹部痛が出たら」など，具体的な説明を患者さんにすることが望まれる．
◎夜間や混雑時に帰宅時の説明が標準的にされるためには，部門や病院にて合意した内容で帰宅指示書を作成し患者さんに渡すことが望まれる．
◎帰宅指示書は，実際に説明した記録を残すためにも，電子カルテの文書管理機能から印刷することが望まれる．
