Point
◎血液浄化の方法は，除去したいもの，透析時間・透析効率をどうするかによって決定する．
◎オンライン血液濾過透析（HDF）は，透析液の厳密な水質管理ができる施設でのみ行うことができる．
◎エンドトキシン吸着療法（PMX）やセプザイリス^®の使用は，現段階では推奨度は低い．
◎透析患者のドライウェイトを適正に設定するために，心胸郭比（CTR）や浮腫などの身体所見，血圧などのバイタルサインを評価する．
◎週3回の透析では最低限の腎機能しか担保できない．
