Point
◎透析患者では，無症候症例でも虚血性心疾患，心臓弁膜症，心房細動が潜んでいる可能性が高い．
◎透析患者は非常に高い頻度で冠動脈病変を有しており，多枝病変，石灰化病変も特徴である．
◎透析患者では心外膜側冠動脈のみならず，微小循環障害にも注意する．
◎透析患者では非透析患者以上に，治療方針決定において栄養状態やフレイルの評価が重要となる．
◎透析患者の心血管イベント抑制に有効性が証明されている薬物はほとんどない．
