Point
◎腎性貧血はエリスロポエチンの相対的不足によって生じるため，赤血球造血刺激因子（ESA）製剤により，エリスロポエチンを体外から補充して治療する．
◎透析患者に貧血がみられた場合，他の原因がないか検索が必要である．
◎ESA製剤を投与しても改善しない場合は，ESA低反応性を考慮する．
