Point
◎透析患者は健常者に比較して転倒リスクが高い．問診で背景因子を把握しておく．
◎透析患者は骨折や，頭部外傷による慢性硬膜下血腫などのリスクが高い．
◎出血リスクが高い患者においては，持続的腎代替療法（CRRT）での抗凝固法としてクエン酸を用いる方法がある．
