Point
◎院内肺炎（HAP）の原因菌では，MRSA，緑膿菌が多く，次いでメチシリン感受性黄色ブドウ球菌，肺炎球菌，肺炎桿菌が多く検出されやすい．
◎HAP，人工呼吸器関連肺炎（VAP）患者の初期抗菌薬を決定する際は，死亡リスクと緑膿菌やMRSAなどの耐性菌リスク因子を強く考慮する．
◎HAP，VAP患者の初期抗菌薬を決定する際は，自施設のアンチバイオグラムの結果も考慮する．
