Point
◎COPDの管理目標は，現状の改善と将来のリスクの低減である．
◎COPD安定期では総合的に重症度を評価し，薬物治療と非薬物治療を組み合わせて行う．
◎薬物治療では，長時間作用性の気管支拡張薬を基本とし，吸入ステロイド薬（ICS）の恩恵を被る特徴がある際には効果と副作用をモニタリングしながらICSを追加投与する．
