Point
◎早期のARDSや人工呼吸器管理を要する重症肺炎には，ステロイドが一定の有用性を示す．しかし，ARDSの薬物療法において，生存率改善のエビデンスを示す大規模ランダム化比較試験（RCT）は未だなく，これから更なる研究が期待される．
◎好中球エラスターゼ阻害薬は本邦においてARDSに対して保険収載がなされているが，積極的に使用するにはエビデンスが乏しい．
