BNPを使った心不全診断とその功罪

Point
◎心不全は各種の心疾患の終末像として発症する病態であり，疾患ごとの管理が必要である．
◎心不全診療ガイドラインでは，BNPやNT-proBNPなど血中のバイオマーカー測定が高い推奨クラスを得ている．
◎BNPやNT-proBNPはその特性が異なるため，それぞれの性質を理解したうえで活用する必要がある．
◎BNP測定においては，心外因子がBNP分泌を修飾して予想外の数値変動が起きることがある．
