Point
◎冠動脈インターベンション（PCI）後の抗血小板薬2剤併用療法（DAPT）継続期間は，出血のリスクを鑑みて，“short DAPT”と呼ばれるより短い継続期間となりつつある．
◎心房細動合併PCI患者に対するDAPT＋抗凝固療法による3剤抗血栓療法は出血リスクが高い．
◎心房細動合併PCI患者に対する抗血栓療法は，P2Y12阻害薬と抗凝固療法を用いた2剤投与が推奨されつつある．
◎心房細動合併PCI患者におけるステント留置1年以降の抗血栓療法は，抗凝固療法のみを行うOAC aloneを支持するエビデンスが国内から報告されている．
