Point
◎虚血性心疾患の2次予防においては，高用量ストロングスタチンを処方する．
◎高齢者における一次予防については，現在までに十分なエビデンスはなく，個別に考慮する．
◎エンドオブライフの患者に対しては，スタチン中止も選択肢に入れる．
◎スタチン不耐は投与開始後遠隔期にも起こりうるので留意する．
