心房細動早期発見のために—いますべきこと，やっても意味がないこと

Point
◎各種ウェアラブルデバイスや植込み型心電計による心房細動の検出率は良好である．
◎心房細動の早期発見が予後や脳梗塞発症率などの改善に寄与するかどうかは明らかではない．
◎65歳以上の一般住民に対する機会あるごとの脈拍測定あるいは心電図は強く勧められる．
◎脳梗塞既往例に対する72時間以上の長時間心電計装着も強く勧められる．
◎植込み型心電計は，問診や各種画像診断で検査前確率を高めたうえでも診断のつかない潜因性脳梗塞に施行すべきである．
