Point
◎虚血性心疾患に伴う致死性不整脈に対しては，植込み型除細動器（ICD）が最も有効かつ確実な治療である．
◎除細動機能を有するデバイスはICDのほかに完全皮下植込み型除細動器（S-ICD），着用型自動除細動器（WCD）がある．
◎ICD植込み後の不整脈再発により頻回のICD作動がしばしば問題となる．
◎カテーテルアブレーションは不整脈再発によるICD作動を抑制するのに有効である．
◎マッピング技術の進歩により，カテーテルアブレーションの治療成績は向上している．
