Point
◎全身性エリテマトーデスは多臓器に障害をきたす全身性自己免疫疾患である．
◎疾患活動性を正確に表現する指標の開発が望まれている．
◎ダメージの累積は予後を規定するため，疾患によるものだけでなく治療薬関連によるダメージも最小にすべきである．
