Point
◎自己炎症性疾患は自然免疫の異常亢進が病態の主体であり，自己抗体は検出されない．
◎自己炎症性疾患の臨床的特徴は漿膜炎を伴う周期性発熱であるが，病型により多彩な症状をとりうる．
◎自己炎症性疾患の遺伝子検査は，臨床的に疑われる疾患を確認するために行われる．
◎家族性地中海熱はMEFV遺伝子エクソン2の多型のみで診断することはできない．
◎IL-1β阻害薬はインフラマソームシグナルを抑制し，自己炎症性疾患の治療に有用である．
