Point
◎膠原病関連間質性肺疾患（CTD-ILD）として治療目標を設定するよりも，発症様式，疾患挙動，画像よりILDパターンを想定し，それに準じて治療目標を立てることが推奨される．
◎関節リウマチに伴う通常型間質性肺炎（UIP）の局所所見では，線維化病変に加えて炎症細胞浸潤やリンパ濾胞の形成も伴うことが多い．
◎強皮症関連間質性肺炎は，大部分が炎症を伴わない線維性非特異性間質性肺炎（fNSIP）であり，抗炎症治療に加えて抗線維化薬の投与を考慮することも重要となる．
◎筋炎関連間質性肺炎では非特異性間質性肺炎（NSIP）や，器質化肺炎（OP）を伴うNSIPが多く，抗炎症薬の適切な使用が重要である．
