◎痙攣という言葉が表す症候は多彩である．
◎痙攣・不随意運動の鑑別は，その発症様式と動きの特徴・出現部位を正確に把握することから始まる．
◎痙攣・不随意運動の鑑別には，随伴するその他の症状も大切である．
◎最終的には痙攣・不随意運動の原因を明らかにし，それに対処することが重要である．
