◎プライマリ・ケア医には脳卒中を見逃さないことが求められる．
◎脳梗塞は血行再建により劇的な症状の改善が見込める．
◎脳梗塞治療の転帰改善には発症から治療までの時間短縮が重要である．
◎脳卒中はBEFASTで疑う．
◎機械的血栓回収術の適応症例はELVO screenを用いて簡便に検出できる．
