Point
◎筋力低下，筋萎縮，線維束性収縮（体のぴくつき）は筋萎縮性側索硬化症を疑うきっかけになる．
◎それに加えて体重減少，球麻痺，呼吸筋麻痺を認める場合はより積極的に疑う．
◎画像検査で頸椎症などの脊椎・脊髄疾患が疑われたとしても筋萎縮性側索硬化症の合併は否定できない．
