・Sjögren症候群は，涙腺や唾液腺への炎症細胞浸潤の結果，ドライアイやドライマウスをきたす自己免疫疾患である．
・一部の患者では，肺障害・腎障害・神経障害などの病変に対して，副腎皮質ステロイドや免疫抑制薬による治療が必要である．
