COPDが疑われる場合

Point
◎慢性閉塞性肺疾患（COPD）はcommon diseaseだが，未診断・未治療の「隠れCOPD」患者が多い．
◎COPDは症状や身体所見に乏しいこともあるため，喫煙歴などの患者背景から「まず疑うこと」が非常に重要である．
◎COPD-Q質問票はCOPDの簡便なスクリーニングとして有用である．
◎COPDでコンサルトを依頼する際には，詳細な喫煙歴や呼吸器症状の病歴を記載するとよい．少しでも疑われれば，精査する．
