Point
◎急性心不全の初期診断ツールとしては「問診」と「身体所見」が重要である．
◎問診に関しては，特に病歴と自覚症状に関する問診が有用である．
◎身体所見は一見簡便なアプローチと思われるが，習熟を要す．
◎診断が難しい症例もあるため，疑わしい症例に対してはタイミングを逃すことなく専門医へのコンサルトを検討する．
