消化管出血を認める場合

Point
◎鉄欠乏性貧血ではない慢性貧血精査に内視鏡検査は必要ない．
◎消化管出血の精査目的での便潜血検査は必要ない．
◎胃洗浄だけでは上部消化管出血を否定できない．
◎便の性状やBUN/クレアチニン比率が上部・下部消化管出血の鑑別に有用である．
