1型糖尿病を疑う場合

Point
◎1型糖尿病のほとんどは，インスリン治療が不可欠なインスリン依存状態を呈する．
◎直ちにインスリン治療を開始する必要があり，他の成因による糖尿病との鑑別が重要である．
◎膵島関連自己抗体が陰性である場合もあり，内因性のインスリン欠乏の評価には，空腹時血清Cペプチドを用いる．
