◎原発不明がんは最終的には病理診断ではなく臨床診断である．
◎一般的に原発不明がんは予後不良な疾患である．
◎原発不明がんには治療反応が望めるspecific treatable subgroupがある．
◎女性の腋窩リンパ節腫大をみたら，乳癌を想起する．
