リンパ節腫脹を認める場合

Point
◎リンパ節腫脹がある患者では，年齢，圧痛の有無，大きさ，全身瘙痒感の有無，鎖骨上リンパ節腫脹の有無，硬さなどに注意して診察する．
◎悪性リンパ腫を疑った場合には，成人T細胞白血病・リンパ腫（ATL）も鑑別に入れ，出身地などの詳細な病歴聴取に努める．
◎ATLでは高カルシウム（Ca）血症などの腫瘍随伴症候群を認めることもあり，迅速な治療介入が必要となることが多い．
