足関節捻挫/骨折を疑う場合—圧痛点を極めよう！

Point
◎「内反」の受傷機転を確認し，足関節受傷部位を想起する．
◎圧痛部位は，細かく外果の前方，後方，第5中足骨基部を確認する．
◎歩行可能か確認し，できない場合骨折を除外しないようにする．
◎コンサルト依頼内容は，「固定」と「免荷」で判断する．
