未破裂脳動脈瘤を疑う場合

Point
◎脳動脈瘤において出血を疑う場合，動眼神経麻痺が出現している場合は緊急でコンサルテーション，もしくは脳神経外科医が対応できる病院へ搬送する．
◎未破裂脳動脈瘤は成人の約2〜3％に認められる．（少なくない！）
◎未破裂脳動脈瘤の年間破裂率は約0.95％である．（高くない！）
◎未破裂脳動脈瘤と診断されることにより患者の不安が高まることが報告されており，不用意な説明は避け，脳神経外科医と相談することを勧める．
