尿検査

Point
◎健康診断における血尿の頻度は男性5％前後，女性10〜15％ほどと頻度が高い．一方，蛋白尿の割合は3〜4％程度である．
◎40歳以下の血尿では糸球体性腎炎を，中高年の場合は膀胱癌の検索が重要となる．
◎40歳以上で糸球体性血尿でない場合は尿路上皮系腫瘍，特に膀胱癌の検索をリスクを評価して検査を選択する．
◎尿検査での蛋白尿は一過性のものが多く，まずは尿検査の再検査を行う．
◎持続性の蛋白尿は心血管死亡率や腎障害の進行に関わるため，腎機能正常でも無視できない．
