Point
◎リウマトイド因子（RF）や抗シトルリン化ペプチド（CCP）抗体，抗核抗体のみにより膠原病を診断・除外することは困難である．
◎RF陽性の無症候者には関節リウマチの発症予防として，必要に応じて禁煙や口腔ケア，減量を指導する．
◎上記に加えて，関節リウマチの初期症状を患者に説明し，出現時には3カ月以内にリウマチ科医を受診するよう伝える．
