Point
◎わが国では労働安全衛生法によって，健診による心電図スクリーニングが義務づけられている．
◎心電図にて異常所見を認めた際は，陽性的中率などを鑑みて適切に心エコー図検査などの二次検査を勧める必要がある．
◎正常亜型と考えられてきた心電図所見が，危険な不整脈と関連があることが明らかになってきている．
