Point
◎脳ドックは日本で生まれた日本独自のシステムで，自由診療である．
◎中・高齢者や家族歴・生活習慣病などの危険因子を有するハイリスク群に勧められる．
◎異常が見つかった際は，今後の方針決定のために専門医受診が望ましい．
◎説明は対面で画像を見ながら質問を受ける．脳動脈瘤の破裂リスクだけでなく，患者背景や基礎疾患も念頭に置いた包括的な情報を丁寧に説明し，患者の精神的な面に配慮した説明を行うよう留意する．
