総論
　肝硬変の多くはB型肝炎ウイルス（HBV），C型肝炎ウイルス（HCV）が関与している．2008年の日本のデータは図1^1）の通りであり，HBVとHCVで約75％を占めている．肝硬変の際のHBVのcheckはHBs抗原とHBc抗体で行う．肝硬変が進行して増殖が衰えるとHBs抗原は低値になる場合があるからである．その他にはPSCや先天性胆道閉鎖症，沈着病（Wilson病，ヘモクロマトーシス，糖原病など）が含まれている．では肝硬変でHBV，HCV陰性の際にどういったことを考えるか見ていこう．
