◎若年アスリートの心原性胸痛は稀であるが，重篤な疾患が隠れているかもしれない．
◎中高年アスリートでは，通常通りさまざまな疾患を鑑別する必要がある．
◎疾患によっては，競技継続の可否を評価する必要がある．
