Point
◎心疾患患者が運動を行う際には，循環器医師による運動処方の下に行われる．
◎運動の安全性を確保するため，定期的な心肺運動負荷試験（CPX）を実施し，継時的評価の下に行われる．
◎心疾患患者に対する運動療法には，運動耐容能の改善やQOL（quality of life：生活の質），ADL（activities of daily living：日常生活動作）の改善，死亡率の低下や長期予後改善の効果がある．
