Point
◎熱中症の治療や予後に関係するのは，臓器障害や意識障害の有無である．
◎患者個人の生物医学的因子だけではなく，環境因子や社会的因子も熱中症発症リスクとなり得る．
◎熱中症の治療では，冷却，補液，臓器障害のマネージメントが重要である．
◎解熱剤は熱中症には効果がなく，臓器障害を悪化させる可能性もあるため，推奨されない．
