夏に血圧は下がるのか？

Point
◎血圧変動の重要な因子として，外気温のほか，身体の活動量や，ノルアドレナリン，カテコラミン，バソプレシンなどの神経内分泌因子の季節的変動，ビタミンD，および血清コレステロールがある．
◎夏季における血圧低下は，冬季に比べて身体活動量が増えること，また，紫外線曝露によるビタミンDの増加が関与している．
◎降圧薬服薬中の患者で，夏季に120mmHgを下回る場合（過降圧），低血圧症状・臓器障害が認められる場合には減量，休止を考慮する．
