総論
　巨舌は嚥下障害や口を閉じにくくなる，構音障害，睡眠時無呼吸症候群（SAS），気道狭窄などの症状をきたします．巨舌の定義は主観的ですが，舌の側面に歯の跡が付いている（図1）と客観的にも巨舌と考えられます．
　では，巨舌を診たときに考えるべき疾患は何でしょうか？
