循環器疾患における便秘治療の重要性

Point
◎便秘は心血管イベントのリスクである．
◎便秘や排便時のいきみは血圧を上昇させ，心不全や急性冠症候群など循環器疾患発症のトリガーとなる．
◎循環器疾患の治療としての安静や利尿薬などの薬剤が便秘を誘発する．
◎循環器疾患患者の便秘症にはいきませない排便管理が重要で，緩下剤を中心とした治療が望ましい．
