Point
◎腎移植後感染症の診療に際しては，移植後の時間によって変化する免疫抑制状態の変化（net state of immunosuppression：NSI）と，それに関連する疫学的特徴（epidemiologic exposure）を把握することが重要となる．
◎ワクチン接種による感染症予防が腎予後や生命予後を改善することが示されており，適切な時期にワクチン接種を行うことが重要である．
◎移植後特有の感染症（CMV感染症，BKV腎症，尿路感染症）について理解し，早期診断，早期治療を行う必要がある．
